All coaching sessions fees are to be paid prior to appointment. If, for any reason, you must cancel, any fees paid will be applied to the next scheduled session. If you wish to cancel all services for any reason, all pre-paid fees will be refunded within 30 days of the cancelled appointment. All cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to scheduled appointment. Any cancellations received after 24 hours will result in a $10 cancellation fee. These rules apply to all Free and promotional sessions.
